Salsa Sweet Potato Dip n’ Spread

Salsa Sweet Potato Dip n’ Spread 1/4 cup cooked mashed Sweet Potato 1/4 cup hot salsa Cucumber slices or spears fresh lime juice Combine mashed sweet potato and salsa, mix well. Spritz with lime juice and spread on sliced cucumber rounds or serve with cucumber spears for dipping. Yield: 1/2 cup
