Here is a Delicious Smoothie recipe- great for anytime of the day.  Smoothies are an easy way to add a some extra protein or vitamins into your diet. They are quick, nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup low fat, low sugar vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 pkt. Splenda
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
