Ingredients
  • 6 Large Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • ¼ Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Orange Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Small Red Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Juice of ½ Lime
  • 2 tsp Dry Cilantro
  • Pepper and Sea Salt to Taste

Instructions
  1. Dice tomatoes and discard seeds. Dice all peppers and discard seeds. Dice red onion. Mince garlic cloves. Mix all vegetables together in serving bowl. Add cumin, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
