Tomato Mozzarella and Basil Salad

Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Serves: 2-4
  • 2 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3-4 large Plum Tomatoes
  • 6 large Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Vinegar to drizzle
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Slice plum tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on a serving plate in a single layer. Slice mozzarella cheese into quarter sizes pieces and place on top of tomato slices. Shred basil and sprinkle over plate. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with desired amount of balsamic vinegar (I use approximately 1 Tb.)
